Terms and Conditions
1. Studio Rules
All clients are expected to respect the space and equipment. Please ensure that the studio is returned to its original state after use. No smoking or open flames are permitted within the premises. Noise levels should be kept at a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.
2. Booking Policies
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation. Studio time includes setup and teardown; please plan your session accordingly to avoid overtime charges.
3. Payments
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment must be settled prior to the start of the booking. Any additional costs incurred during the session will be invoiced separately.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
5. Liability
Studio Ess is not responsible for any personal injury or loss/damage to equipment brought into the studio by the client. The client agrees to indemnify the studio against any claims arising from their use of the space.
